If you want to carburize areas that couldn't be processed until now, use vacuum carburizing.
No soot generation (suiting)!
◯ No grain boundary oxidation, and the finish surface is good. ◯ High concentration carburizing is possible. ◯ Carburizing into pores is possible. ◯ No CO2 emissions from furnace exhaust. ◯ Carburizing time is about half compared to gas carburizing. ◯ The amount of carburizing gas used is less than 1% compared to gas carburizing.
